You don’t need to be a photographer—a smart phone image will do the trick.

Content

Give a us a slice of life! A great spot, a gnarly moment, your pet, the aftermath of a “whoopsies”, something you’re proud of, or really anything you think makes a cool photo. People in photos are awesome—however we’re not about to print your selfie...faces are a bit of a grey area, send what you got and we’ll let you know.

Rights/Ownership

It’s gotta’ be your photo...but if your Grandma took a photo of you doing a backflip on waterskiis, that’s fine, as long as she’s cool with it. No AI generated images. No images of folks who haven’t consented—check with your BFF before you submit a pic they’re in—but some out-of-focus randos in the background most likely won’t be a problem.

FAQ

Will I get credit for the photo?

Hell yeah, dude! We got a spot on the can for you. Credit the photo with your name, social handle, and/or website, or remain anonymous. We’ll also tout the photo and you (if you want) on our socials and here on our website.

How many cans will feature my photo?

Depends on our brew schedule, but for now 500-750ish is a good bet. Who knows, it might be a hit and we’ll brew it more than once!

Where will the beer be sold?

In our taprooms and stores around the area (we’ll get a map of all that together some day), and you’ll find it on-tap in establishments around the area as well.

Do I get to name the beer?

Beer naming is a highly specialized and scientific process—but if you’ve got a good name in mind we’ll definitely consider it!

Do I get free beer?

Sure, we’ll give ya some beer.

Does the photo have to be taken in Wisconsin? Do I have to be a Wisconsin resident?

Nah, Wiscobold is a vibe, not a box. If you love our beer, you’re good in our book.

Photo Use Terms and Conditions

By tagging or sharing your photo with 608 Brewing Company, you agree to allow us to review your submission for potential use. If your photo is selected, we will contact you to obtain your agreement to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Rights

You affirm that you own the photo and have the legal right to grant 608 Brewing Company the permissions described in these terms.

2. Prohibition of AI-Generated Content

Photos created using artificial intelligence tools, in whole or in part, are not eligible for selection.

3. Grant of License

Upon agreement, you grant 608 Brewing Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your photo for purposes including but not limited to beer labels, marketing, and digital media.

4. No Compensation

Selected photos are provided without expectation of compensation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify 608 Brewing Company against any claims arising from the photo, including intellectual property disputes.

6. Use and Modification

608 Brewing Company may modify the photo as needed for branding or creative purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

608 Brewing Company is not liable for disputes related to the submission or use of the photo by third parties.
